This document/agreement/contract is a computer-generated electronic record published in accordance with Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (as amended from time to time) read with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (as amended from time to time) and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

These terms and conditions, including the attachments and links, apply to your use of www.mspsglobal.in, other linked pages, API keys, features, content or application services (including but not limited to mobile applications and mobile website services) ("Website") owned and operated by MSPS GlobalPaytech Private Limited (“Paystop”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Office – Office No. 3, Gut No. 55, United Pride Complex, MIT College Road, Aurangabad, Maharashtra - 431001. "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Paystop. "You", "Your", "Yourself", "Merchant" refers to any unregistered individual or entity, registered user of Paystop, including but not limited to MSPS GlobalMerchants.

"Applicable Laws" means (i) all laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, circulars, decrees, directives, judgments, or other similar orders of central, national, state, or local governmental/regulatory authorities having jurisdiction and legal effect over you, us, or the subject matter in question, as amended from time to time, and (ii) includes, without limitation, any notice, circular, directive, or similar direction issued by ‘Financial Sector Regulators’, including but not limited to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and/or rules, regulations, roles, responsibilities and processes as published by NPCI on its website.

Before using the Website, you must read these General Terms of Use and the Special Terms of Use (collectively, the "Terms") and the Privacy Policy on the Website in their entirety. By using the products, software, services, and website of MSPS Globaland its affiliates or by using products offered by Paystop’s partner institutions/credit partners, banks, financial institutions, NPCI, technology service providers, card payment networks ("Providers") or third parties ("Services"), you understand and agree that MSPS Globalwill treat your use of the Services as acceptance of these Terms from the date of use.

You agree that MSPS Globalreserves the right to update the Services from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that all references to "Paystop" mean the MSPS Globalaffiliate for the specific Terms of Use. You further agree that any claim relating to or arising out of the Specific Terms of Use shall be brought exclusively against the MSPS GlobalAffiliate providing the Services. MSPS Globalshall have no liability in this regard.

You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you must not use the Website in any way. MSPS Globalmay change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued access or use of the Website will be deemed as acceptance of such changes. If you disagree with the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Website immediately. The services offered by MSPS Globalare available and suitable for use in India only.

1. Proprietary Rights

  1. 1.1 You acknowledge and agree that MSPS Globalowns all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights subsisting in the Services (whether registered or not). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information designated as confidential by Paystop, and you may not disclose such information without prior written consent.
  2. 1.2 MSPS Globalgrants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access the Services and make personal use of the Website and/or the Services. This licence does not permit you to download, copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Services. You may not use Paystop’s trademarks, logos, domain names, or other brand features. You may not remove or alter proprietary notices or copy or transmit any part of the Services.

2. Usage of the Website and Use of Services

  1. 2.1 To use the Website and Services, you must register as a user, be at least 18 years old, and capable of entering into binding contracts. You are responsible for keeping your passwords, login, and account details confidential. MSPS Globalis not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
  2. 2.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information. If MSPS Globalsuspects false or incomplete information, it may suspend or terminate your account.
  3. 2.3 By providing your contact details on the Website, you authorize MSPS Globaland third parties to contact you for product and service information through calls, SMS, emails, or other channels.
  4. 2.4 You agree that Paystop, affiliates, and third parties may contact you for follow-ups, marketing, or service updates. You consent to receive communications even if you are registered under DND/NCPR.
  5. 2.5 You authorize MSPS Globalto share your information with partner banks, affiliates, vendors, service providers, or third parties as required to provide Services. Opt-out requests apply prospectively.
  6. 2.6 MSPS Globalmay conduct KYC verification as required by applicable laws. You are responsible for complying with RBI guidelines, AML rules, and other regulations related to your business and use of Services.
  7. 2.7 You agree to provide necessary KYC documents before using Services. MSPS Globalmay share this information with facility providers, authorities, or agencies as required by law.
  8. 2.8 MSPS Globalmay request additional KYC documents for you or your customers. Failure to comply may lead to suspension of Services or withholding of settlements.
  9. 2.9 You agree to provide all documents required by MSPS Globalin a timely manner. MSPS Globalis not liable for delays caused due to missing or incomplete documents.
  10. 2.10 Facility Providers may store, use, and process your data for providing Services, fraud prevention, credit assessment, or as required by law.

3. MSPS GlobalServices

  1. 3.1 MSPS Globalprovides various Services including but not limited to payment aggregation, payment gateway services, digital wallet services, and other value-added services. The specific terms and conditions applicable to these Services will be provided separately and shall form an integral part of these Terms.
  2. 3.2 MSPS Globalreserves the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate any of its Services at any time without notice or liability. MSPS Globalmay also modify the applicable terms of any Service, which will become effective upon publication on the Website.
  3. 3.3 You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. You must not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with others' use of the Services.
  4. 3.4 MSPS Globalis not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the Services due to factors beyond its control, including technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or third-party service failures.
  5. 3.5 MSPS Globalmay provide links to third-party websites or services. MSPS Globalis not responsible for the content, availability, or functionality of such third-party resources. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
  6. 3.6 You agree to indemnify and hold Paystop, its affiliates, partners, and service providers harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
  7. 3.7 Paystop's liability for any claim relating to the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall MSPS Globalbe liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  8. 3.8 These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
  9. 3.9 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Paystop's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
  10. 3.10 MSPS Globalmay communicate with you electronically regarding your use of the Services and these Terms. You consent to receiving electronic communications, which satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

3. Payment

  1. 3.1 MSPS Globalshall levy applicable fees for the provision of Services, which may be updated at its sole discretion in terms of manner, rates, and frequency.
  2. 3.2 Fees charged by MSPS Globalare exclusive of applicable taxes. Any changes in applicable taxes must be borne by you.
  3. 3.3 Invoices for services rendered each month will be raised and made available on the dashboard. Any invoice disputes must be raised within ten (10) days from the invoice date.
  4. 3.4 You are responsible for daily reconciliation of all processed transactions. Discrepancies must be reported within three (3) working days. Issues reported after three days will not be the responsibility of Paystop.
  5. 3.5 If fees are deducted upfront and you deposit applicable taxes under Section 194H of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and furnish Form 16-A, MSPS Globalwill reimburse the tax amount quarterly. Otherwise, taxes will be withheld by you and must be deposited with the government, and Form 16-A must be provided to Paystop.
  6. 3.6 You are responsible for updating your GST registration number and providing your GST certificate. MSPS Globalwill issue GST invoices based on your details. Any liability resulting from incorrect or withheld information will be recovered by MSPS Globalfrom you.

4. Privacy Policy

By using the Website, you consent to the use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Links / Offers

This Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. MSPS Globaldoes not control such sites and is not responsible for their availability or content. MSPS Globalis not liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of or reliance on content, goods, or services available through such third-party websites. Your interactions with third parties accessed through the Website are at your own risk.

6. Our Partners

This Website provides access to information about certain financial products and services, including loan facilities, credit card services, and investment or current account services offered by lending partners. The terms of use and conditions can be accessed on the respective partner pages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

MSPS Globalwarrants that the Services will be provided materially in accordance with the documentation available on the Website and will perform in accordance with these Terms. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” basis. MSPS Globaldoes not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your specific business purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. 8.1 MSPS Global(including its officers, directors, employees, representatives, affiliates, and providers) will not be responsible or liable for any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind (including without limitation lost profits or savings), whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) any failure or delay (including without limitation the use or inability to use any component of the Website), (ii) any use of the Website or content, (iii) the performance or non-performance by us or any Facility Provider, even if we have been advised of the possibility of damages, or (iv) any damages or viruses that may infect your device or property due to your access or use of the Website.

    The Website may contain links to third-party websites. Since MSPS Globalhas no control over such websites, you acknowledge that MSPS Globalis not responsible for their availability or content and will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the use of or reliance on such third-party resources. Such websites may have separate terms and privacy policies, and you are advised to review them before accessing any third-party website.
  2. 8.2 Regardless of anything stated in these Terms, Paystop, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for an amount exceeding the total fees paid by you for the specific Service(s) giving rise to the liability, limited to a maximum of one (1) month. Any liability of MSPS Globalshall be reduced proportionately to the extent that the loss or damage was contributed to by you or your third-party providers.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paystop, its affiliates, employees, officers, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Card Association Rules

  1. 10.1 "Card Payment Network Rules" refer to the written rules, regulations, processes, guidelines, interpretations, and requirements imposed by card payment networks. You are required to comply with all such applicable guidelines and rules.
  2. 10.2 Card payment networks may modify their rules at any time. MSPS Globalmay be required to modify these Terms in accordance with such amendments, and such changes shall be binding upon you immediately.
  3. 10.3 You agree to fully comply with all programs, guidelines, and requirements mandated by the card payment networks. You expressly acknowledge that compliance with all provisions of Card Payment Network Rules is your responsibility.
  4. 10.4 If your non-compliance results in fines, penalties, or other amounts being imposed on Paystop, you shall promptly reimburse MSPS Globalthe full amount. MSPS Globalmay suspend or terminate Services in case of your non-compliance.

11. Waiver

Paystop's failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or right. A waiver is only effective if provided in writing by an authorized officer of Paystop.

12. Force Majeure

If Paystop's performance of Services is prevented, restricted, delayed, or interfered with due to events beyond its reasonable control—including labour disputes, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, floods, lightning, severe weather, malware attacks, hacking, utility or communication outages, earthquakes, war, terrorism, civil disturbances, embargoes, government orders, or any similar event—MSPS Globalshall be excused from performance during the period of such force majeure event without incurring liability.

13. Anti-Bribery and Sanctions Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. You shall not offer, promise, give, receive, or solicit anything of value to influence any government official or third party for improper business advantage. This includes both direct and indirect actions through intermediaries. You acknowledge that violation of such laws may result in immediate termination of Services.

14. Additional Terms

  1. 14.1 You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. MSPS Globalmay assign its rights and duties without notice. Additional terms include:

    (a) You confirm that you are lawfully incorporated and have authority to operate your business.
    (b) MSPS Globalmay set-off any liabilities you owe against funds payable to you, at any time without notice. If the set-off does not fully recover the liability, you must pay the remaining amount.
    (c) You shall not represent yourself as an agent or representative of MSPS Globalor any Facility Provider or make any commitments on their behalf.
    (d) MSPS Globalmay amend these Terms, the Website, and Policies at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
  2. 14.2 End users may avail Dynamic Currency Conversion ("DCC") services, where applicable. The transaction amount shall be inclusive of charges for DCC services. End users may request DCC invoices by emailing dcc_invoice@mspsglobal.in with payment ID and contact number.

15. Advertising

Some of the Services may be supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotional material. These advertisements may be tailored to the content of information stored on the Services, queries made through the Services, or other information. The manner, mode, and extent of advertising by MSPS Globalmay change without specific notice to You. By using the Services, You agree that MSPS Globalmay place such advertisements on the Services through various channels such as the Website, print media, electronic media, and social media advertising platforms.

16. Suspension and Termination

  1. 16.1 MSPS Globalreserves the right to immediately suspend Services and settlement of any monies or payments to You, without any liability, in the following events:

    (a) You breach any clause of these Terms.
    (b) You facilitate any transaction unlawful or in contravention to the 'Prohibited Products and Services'.
    (c) MSPS Globalreceives instructions from Facility Providers, government authorities, or law enforcement agencies to suspend Services, regardless of ongoing investigations.
    (d) You use the Services for transactions that are high-risk as per Paystop’s fraud assessment tools.
    (e) MSPS Globalsuspects Your activities.
    (f) Excessive or anticipated disputes, refunds, or reversals arise.
    (g) Your products/services infringe intellectual property rights or are suspected to be counterfeit.
    (h) You materially change your products/services without Paystop’s prior permission or provide misleading information during onboarding.
    (i) MSPS Globaldetermines that Your activities expose it to unacceptable risk.
    (j) Regulatory changes require suspension of Services.
  2. 16.2 These Terms remain effective until terminated by You or Paystop. MSPS Globalmay terminate Your account at any time for any reason, including activities harmful to Paystop’s goodwill. If Applicable Laws require advance notice, MSPS Globalwill provide such notice.
  3. 16.3 Termination does not relieve You of responsibilities incurred under these Terms. Upon termination, You must stop using the Services. Continued use after termination constitutes renewed acceptance of the Terms. MSPS Globalwill not be liable for any loss, compensation, or damages arising from termination or deletion of Your account or data. You will remain liable for fees, fines, or obligations incurred prior to termination.

17. Prohibited Products and Services

The following products and services are strictly prohibited from being offered, sold, or transacted through the Services:

  1. Adult goods and services including pornography, escort/prostitution services, or access to illegal websites.
  2. Alcohol products of any kind.
  3. Body parts including organs or other human body components.
  4. Bulk marketing tools such as email lists or spam-enabling software.
  5. Devices intended to illegally obtain cable/satellite signals.
  6. Child pornography or content involving minors.
  7. Copyright unlocking devices including mod chips.
  8. Unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, and other copyrighted materials.
  9. Unauthorized copies of software or video games, including OEM or bundled software.
  10. Counterfeit or unauthorized goods including replicas of designer items or fake autographs.
  11. Illegal drugs and drug accessories including herbal drugs such as salvia or magic mushrooms.
  12. Drug test circumvention aids such as cleansing drinks or urine additives.
  13. Endangered species or products derived from such organisms.
  14. Gambling-related items including lottery tickets, sports bets, or online gambling memberships.
  15. Fake IDs, passports, diplomas, or government documents.
  16. Illegal hacking guides, manuals, software, or access tools.
  17. Materials promoting illegal goods or illegal acts.
  18. Unsubstantiated health cures or miracle remedies.
  19. Items promoting violence, hatred, defamation, or intolerance.
  20. Crime scene items or criminal memorabilia.
  21. Explosives, toxic, flammable, or radioactive materials.
  22. Regulated goods such as airbags, mercury batteries, refrigerants, law enforcement gear, pesticides, and recalled items.
  23. Government bonds or related financial products.
  24. Tobacco products including cigarettes, cigars, and chewing tobacco.
  25. Radar detectors, signal jammers, license plate covers, or similar items.
  26. Weapons including firearms, ammunition, knives, gun parts, and similar items.
  27. Wholesale currency or discounted currency exchanges.
  28. Live animals or animal products such as skins, teeth, or claws.
  29. Collection fees for multi-level marketing schemes.
  30. Matrix sites or pyramid scheme-based businesses.
  31. Work-from-home schemes intended to deceive.
  32. Drop-shipped merchandise without physical possession of goods.
  33. Products/services violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  34. Services casting Payment Gateway Facilitators in a negative light or increasing chargeback risk.
  35. Unclear or ambiguous businesses such as online telephony or unverified medicine suppliers.
  36. Legally banned businesses such as betting, gambling, morally sensitive content, and lotteries.
  37. Intangible digital goods in prohibited categories (e.g., certain software downloads, pyramid schemes).
  38. Mailing lists.
  39. Virtual currency, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and related services.
  40. Money laundering services.
  41. Database providers for tele-callers.
  42. Bidding/auction houses.
  43. Activities prohibited by TRAI.
  44. Any activity prohibited by applicable Indian laws.
  45. Chit funds/Nidhi companies (except government/PSU entities).
  46. Unregulated/unlicensed MSBs or MVTS businesses.

This list is subject to additions or changes by MSPS Globalbased on instructions from Facility Providers, without prior notice to You.

Payment Aggregation Services

You acknowledge and agree that MSPS Globalhas the right to charge fees for its services, and the amount, manner, rates, and frequency of such fees will be determined by Paystop. MSPS Globalmay update the fees, including for services that were previously provided free of charge, at its sole discretion. You are responsible for paying any additional fees as determined by MSPS Globalin the following cases:

  1. (a) When you avail value-added services from the dashboard, regardless of whether they were previously available for free.
  2. (b) When you avail any new services that are not mentioned in these Terms.

By using any Service or a value-added service, you consent to any additional fees that may be levied by MSPS Globalfor such services.

2. Payment Processing

  1. 2.1 In accordance with the General Terms of Use and the Specific Terms of Use for Payment Aggregation Services, MSPS Globalwill facilitate the collection of online payments for products/services sold by You.
  2. 2.2 Subject to Clauses 3 and 4 below, MSPS Globalwill settle the Transaction Amount (after deducting Permissible Deductions) into Your account within two (2) Escrow Bank working days from the date of the Transaction.
  3. 2.3 If MSPS Globalsettles the Transaction Amount earlier than agreed, MSPS Globalhas the right to recover the Transaction Amount immediately if it is not received in the Escrow Account within three (3) Escrow Bank Working Days from the date of the Transaction, for any reason whatsoever.
  4. 2.4 MSPS Globalreserves the right to set limits on the Transaction value.
  5. 2.5 You may purchase Fee Credits from MSPS Globalfor Services under these Specific Terms. For each Transaction, MSPS Globalmay deduct MSPS GlobalFees and applicable taxes from the Fee Credit. If Fee Credits are insufficient, MSPS Globalmay deduct fees and taxes from the Transaction Amount. Fee Credits allow full settlement to You while fees are reduced from the Fee Credit balance (e.g., INR 100 Fee Credit covers fees until depleted).
  6. 2.6 Pay Later Settlement - Services are provided on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. You are responsible for ensuring the customer has provided informed consent to the lender and its lending service provider (LSP) for Transactions that enable the lender to disburse loans through MSPS Globalinto Your bank account.

3. Chargebacks

  1. 3.1 Upon receipt of a Chargeback Request communicated by a Facility Provider, MSPS Globalwill notify You. You are liable for Chargebacks (domestic or international). MSPS Globalwill deduct the Chargeback Amount from Transaction Amounts, subject to fund availability. The Facility Provider’s decision governs whether the Chargeback is processed in favour of the customer or credited to You. You may submit Chargeback Documents to substantiate transaction completion or delivery of goods/ services. Chargeback Documents must be furnished within three (3) calendar days (or such other period specified by the Facility Provider) of receiving notification.
  2. 3.2 If You cannot furnish Chargeback Documents or the Facility Provider is not satisfied, the Facility Provider may instruct MSPS Globalto reverse the Chargeback Amount to the customer's Payment Instrument.
  3. 3.3 If Facility Providers charge MSPS Globalfor the Chargeback Amount, MSPS Globalmay recover the same from You by deducting from: (i) Transaction Amounts due to You and (ii) any other funds held by MSPS Globalon Your behalf. If funds are insufficient, MSPS Globalmay issue a debit note; You must reimburse within seven (7) days of receipt.
  4. 3.4 If this Specific Terms of Use or the General Terms are terminated, MSPS Globalmay withhold a sum based on a Stipulated Percentage from each settlement during the notice period for 120 days ("Withholding Term") to cover Chargebacks. Unutilized amounts after the Withholding Term will be transferred to You. The "Stipulated Percentage" is the ratio of Chargeback Amounts to total settled Transaction Amounts during the term.
  5. 3.5 If the withheld amount is insufficient during the Withholding Term, MSPS Globalmay issue a debit note; You shall reimburse the Chargeback Amount within seven (7) days of receipt.
  6. 3.6 For EMI-related Chargebacks supported by Facility Providers: respond to MSPS Globalwithin seven (7) working days for loan cancellation requests. If cancellation is confirmed, MSPS Globalwill recover the amount from daily settlement; if declined, provide proof of delivery and justification.

4. Refunds

  1. 4.1 You may initiate Refunds subject to availability of funds in the Escrow Account.
  2. 4.2 MSPS Globalwill process Refunds only upon Your initiation on the Website.
  3. 4.3 Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the Transaction.
  4. 4.4 MSPS Globalfees are applicable for each Transaction and payable by You, even if You issue a refund or use Paystop’s instant refund service.
  5. 4.5 For late-authorized but not captured payments, MSPS Globalmay auto-refund the customer within five (5) days.

5. Fraudulent Transactions

  1. 5.1 If a Facility Provider notifies MSPS Globalof an unauthorized debit ("Fraudulent Transaction"), MSPS Globalmay suspend settlements while inquiries and investigations are pending, subject to Clauses 3.1 and 3.2.
  2. 5.2 If the Fraudulent Transaction amount has already been settled to You, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with RBI notifications DBR.No.Leg.BC.78/09.07.005/2017-18 dated July 6, 2017, DBOD. LEG. BC 86/09.07.007/2001-02 dated April 8, 2002, and other RBI guidelines as amended.
  3. 5.3 If a Fraudulent Transaction results in a Chargeback, the Chargeback provisions in these Terms apply.
  4. 5.4 MSPS Globalshall not be liable for liabilities arising from Fraudulent Transactions, domestic or international.
  5. 5.5 You are responsible for complying with NPCI fraud liability thresholds (e.g., NPCI/2022-23/RMD/001). Decisions of NPCI or the acquiring bank are final and binding.

6. General

  1. 6.1 In case of conflict between the General Terms of Use and Specific Terms of Use, the Specific Terms shall prevail. Both shall be read harmoniously where possible.
  2. 6.2 Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Specific Terms shall have the meanings ascribed in the General Terms of Use.
  3. 6.3 Clauses 3 (Chargebacks) and 5 (Fraudulent Transactions) survive termination of the Terms.

7. Compliance with Payment Aggregator Guidelines

  1. 7.1 You represent and warrant that throughout your use of the Services you will implement, adhere to, and comply with Applicable Law, including Payment Aggregator Guidelines. You shall:

    (i) Display on your site/app the return and refund policy and timelines for processing returns/refunds/cancellations and general terms for customers.
    (ii) Deliver products/services per customer instructions.
    (iii) Not hold, store, copy, or retain any customer Payment Instrument data and promptly notify MSPS Globalin writing upon suspecting any security breach.
    (iv) Not store any Payment Instrument/customer Payment Instrument credentials; upon demand provide written confirmation certifying compliance.
  2. 7.2 You shall establish a customer grievance redressal mechanism with a designated contact person. Complaints must be addressable via phone, email, or electronic means, and You must respond within five (5) business days. You are solely responsible for resolving customer complaints.
  3. 7.3 You shall comply with PCI DSS and PA-DSS (where applicable) via a third-party payment processor or otherwise, and submit annual proof of compliance to Paystop.
  4. 7.4 If you become aware of non-compliance or likely non-compliance with PCI DSS or PA-DSS, you shall promptly notify MSPS Globalin writing.
  5. 7.5 You shall provide evidence of compliance upon Paystop’s request, including audits and scan results. MSPS Globalmay conduct security audits to verify compliance and You shall fully cooperate.
  6. 7.6 You agree to implement and maintain any information security measures MSPS Globaldeems necessary to ensure reasonable security practices and procedures.
